File Retention Policy

FileFormat App allows customers to upload files for conversion, merger, compress, edit or other document operations. This policy details our approach to storing and managing those files over time.

Uploaded files on the website are automatically deleted after 24 hours and are accessible only to the uploader during this period.

Our file retention policy details our standard approach to storing account files. However, it does not override Openize's right, as outlined in our Terms of Service section, to request the removal of any or all content from an Openize account.
